|100g||THIS™ Isn't Chicken|
|2 tsp||Your fav BBQ sauce|
|1/2||Tomato, thinly sliced|
|20g||Red onion, diced|
How to cook THIS™ dish
- In a pan, add a drizzle of oil and fry your chicken on both sides for 2-3mins until crispy.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool for 5 mins.
- Whilst chicken is cooling, slice open your bread roll, lather your mayo on each side, add your tomato and lettuce.
- When chicken is cool, add to a bowl and mix it with your fav BBQ sauce.
- Add the BBQ chicken to your roll and top with onion.
