|2 packs||Udon Noodles|
|1 tbsp||Sesame oil|
|1/3 cup||Soy sauce|
|1 tbsp||Dark soy sauce|
|1/4 cup||Hoisin sauce|
|2 tsp||Minced ginger|
|1/2 cup||Umami broth|
|To taste||Salt and Pepper|
|To garnish||Chilli, sesame seeds & coriander|
SLURPPPP it all up.
How to cook THIS™ dish
- Cook the noodles to packet instructions. Or add to the wok at the end if they are straight to wok noodles.
- Grab a jar or a bowl and add all the sauce ingredients into the jar or bowl and give them a good shake/mix.
- Next grab a wok, heat some oil and add the chicken pieces and cook until slightly browned, add in the mushrooms and spring onions and fry for a further 2-3 mins.
- Add in the sauce and mix well until all the chicken pieces and veg are coated.
- Add in the noodles and combine well.
- Serve in a bowl with some fresh green onions, sesame seeds, chilli and coriander.
