Why we made these: Spaghetti and meatballs obviously.

Our new meatballs contain the first plant-based fat on the market, it is also the healthiest, as the extra virgin olive oil base is rich in monounsaturated fats. It replicates the juiciness of their meaty counterparts, but with 89% less saturated fat.

Everybody said we couldn’t reinvent animal fat using plant-based protein, but we did. Mic drop.

How to cook THIS™

Pan fry: on a medium heat in 1tbsp of vegetable oil for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cooked through. 

Oven cook: Heat oven to 200°C (fan 180°C). Drizzle meatballs in a little oil and cook on medium to high shelf for 9-10 mins, turning halfway to ensure even cooking.
