Pan Fry – From Chilled: On a medium heat in 1tsp of vegetable oil for 7-8 minutes, turning occasionally.
Grill – from chilled: Pre-heat grill to a medium heat. Place the sausages onto the wire rack of a grill tray. Lightly brush sausages with oil. Cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.
