2 packs | Udon Noodles |
4 | White Mushrooms |
3 | Spring Onions |
SAUCE
1 tbsp | Sesame oil |
1/3 cup | Soy sauce |
1 tbsp | Dark soy sauce |
1 tbsp | Sriracha |
1/4 cup | Hoisin sauce |
3 cloves | Garlic |
2 tsp | Minced ginger |
1/2 cup | Umami broth |
To taste | Salt and Pepper |
To garnish | Chilli, sesame seeds & coriander |
SLURPPPP it all up.
How to cook THIS™ dish
- Cook the noodles to packet instructions. Or add to the wok at the end if they are straight to wok noodles.
- Grab a jar or a bowl and add all the sauce ingredients into the jar or bowl and give them a good shake/mix.
- Next grab a wok, heat some oil and add the chicken pieces and cook until slightly browned, add in the mushrooms and spring onions and fry for a further 2-3 mins.
- Add in the sauce and mix well until all the chicken pieces and veg are coated.
- Add in the noodles and combine well.
- Serve in a bowl with some fresh green onions, sesame seeds, chilli and coriander.
