Ingredients
Jerk seasoning

240g | Rice |
Large handful | Parsley, chopped |
250g | Green Beans |
1 tbsp | Vegan butter |
1 | Lemon |
How to cook THIS™ dish:
- Mince 2 garlic cloves, 1/2 tbsp ginger and mix with 2 sprigs of Thyme, zest and juice of 1/2 lime, 1 tbsp Jerk seasoning, 1 tbsp coconut cream, 1/4 tsp chilli flakes, 1/2 tsp salt and 2 tbsp olive oil to make the marinade.
- Marinate 1 pack of THIS™ Isn’t Chicken Thighs in the sexi mix for 30 mins.
- Pan-fry the flavaful thighs in 1 tsp of oil for 12-14 mins, or until golden brown.
- Whilst tanning your thighs, boil 150g long grain rice according to the on-pack instructions.
- Then, cook 180g of green beans in a pan of boiling salted water for 3-5 mins (al dente pls – no one wants a soggy bean).
- Chop a lemon into thin sections and char under the grill for 5 mins to give it that smoky flava.
- Plate-up. Demolish.
