Ingredients
Jerk seasoning
1 | Garlic clove, chopped |
1 tbsp | Ginger |
4 sprigs | Thyme |
1 | Lime, juiced |
1 tbsp | Jerk seasoning |

Everything Else
1 pack | THIS™ Isn't Chicken Thighs |
240g | Rice |
Large handful | Parsley, chopped |
250g | Green Beans |
1 tbsp | Vegan butter |
1 | Lemon |
How to cook THIS™ dish:
- Combine all of the ingredients for the Jerk seasoning.
- Marinate 1 pack of THIS™ Isn’t Chicken Thighs in the sexi mix (for at least 30 mins).
- Pan-fry the flavaful thighs in 1 tsp of oil for 12-14 mins, until golden brown or until piping hot throughout.
- Whilst tanning your thighs, cook rice to on-pack instructions. Once fluffy, stir through parsley.
- Then, cook 250g of green beans in a pan of boiling salted water for 3-5 mins (al dente pls – no one wants a soggy bean). After draining, add 1 tbsp butter to the beans to give them that indulgent finish.
- Chop a lemon into thin sections and char under the grill to give it that smoky flava
- Plate-up as profesh as the pic. Demolish.
