Pan fry: on a medium heat in 1tbsp of vegetable oil for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cooked through.
Oven cook: Heat oven to 200°C (fan 180°C). Drizzle in a little oil and cook on medium to high shelf for 8mins, turning halfway to ensure even cooking.
