Rehydrated Textured Pea Protein (36%), Water, Olive Oil, Thickeners (Methylcellulose, Konjac, Carrageenan, Xanthan Gum), Pea Protein Isolate (2%), Natural Flavouring, Dried Onion, Pea Starch, Dextrin, Salt, Sage, Black Pepper, White Pepper, Ground Mace, Dextrose, Colour (Beetroot Red), Acidity Regulators (Calcium Hydroxide).

HOW TO COOK THIS™

Cook from Frozen

Oven Cook: Preheat oven to 220°C. Cook in the centre of oven for 13- 14 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
Pan Fry: Heat 1tsp of vegetable oil and fry meatballs on a medium heat for 9-10 minutes, turning occasionally. 

Cook from Chilled

Oven Cook: Preheat oven to 220°C. Cook in the centre of oven for 8-9 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
Pan Fry: Heat 1tsp of vegetable oil and fry meatballs on a medium heat for 8-9 minutes, turning occasionally.

This product is not suitable for microwave cooking.
